This project involved a two-floor addition and renovation of a single-family property. Kontseptul collaborated with Derby Square Architects to create architectural floor plans and overall design to turn a small Cape Style house into a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a finished basement and garage. The Cape Style cottage turned into a fully modern and spatios Yankee-Modern home that has all the conveniences of modern life.
